Q. Do you have a TYPEQUICK version for Mac?
A. Yes. Typequick Professional and Typequick for Students is available for
Windows and Mac. You must have OS X v10.2 installed and the Java 1.4.2 updates
made.
Q. Do you support TYPEQUICK Version 7?
A. No. We no longer support any TYPEQUICK Version 7 products. If you are unable
to run your Version 7 course you will need to contact Typequick or visit a
TYPEQUICK reseller and purchase a new course.
Q. What are the requirements to run your new products, Typequick
Professional and Typequick for Students Vs 14?
A. There are specific requirements to run our new products see
System Requirements.
Q. Do you still support Typequick Learn to Type?
A. Yes we still support our Learn to Type product (Version 8 only). If however
it fails to work on your system due to incompatible operating systems you will
need to upgrade to our new product Typequick Professional Vs 14.
Q. I have an old version of TYPEQUICK. Can I upgrade?
A. Yes. We have upgrade paths for our TYPEQUICK Version 8 and Version 10
products. Contact Typequick for a quote.
Q. All our training is through e-Learning. Can we use TYPEQUICK?
A. Yes. Typequick Professional and Typequick for Students Vs 14 will run as a
browser application across your intranet. If you have specific questions please
contact our technical department at Typequick.
